She was so rude! Long story short I came in for an upgrade and she refused to listen to what I was telling her about my account. Needless to say I went to the other store in tanasborne and the transaction went beautifully with no problems whatsoever. I've been a loyal customer of T-Mobile for eight years and have never been treated so badly by the staff. Do yourself a favor and skip this store as I have found out it is actually a third-party location.
