  If you want a long wait and unremarkable customer service, then by all means go to this location. I suggest you visit others, however. I arrived at this location long before it even opened on a typical Wednesday morning. Upon opening, there were two customer service reps helping one customer respectively. We remained next in line for 40 minutes- at which point we left because my 1 year old needed a nap. My husband and I were completely dumbfounded at their lack of efficiency and prioritization. The just lost a customer and $400.

  Went in yesterday to change from the big V to TMobile. Even though I was not planning on buying new phones... I did. The rep who helped us was really nice and helpful with my questions. Ended up with two phones and a tablet on a BOGO deal w/ free tablet. I would recommend going here during the middle of the week or when they don't have a new iPhone coming out cause they get BUSY just like every other phone store.
