  If I could give this place no stars I would! I've had the worst experience every single time I've gone shopping into the store, not only do they have the worst customer service but all the staff always looks too busy to help any customers. When they actually help customers, its always with a bad attitude. But it doesn't stop there I went online to get some better experience shopping on the website however I thought I did great ordering my stuff and having it shipped out! When I finally got my order I realized that they sent me the wrong size shoes. I called customer service to let them know of this mistake they had made and the person helping me told me that there was two things I could do I could either go into the store and exchange them (but the store doesn't carry my size and I mention that to him) he said the only other option I had was to return my shoes and that they would give me a full refund once they received my order at there Warehous. I let him know that it wasn't my fault that they messed up on my size and that I had waited over 2 weeks for them just to process my order! I didn't think it was fair what he was telling me and I didn't agree so I asked to speak with the supervisor! The supervisor said the exact same thing the representative had said and and he was not helpful at all he tried to tell me that it wasn't their fault that they messed up on the order and that he would not be able to do a full refund or credit my account for their mistake. I told him that it was pointless for me to ship the shoes back, wait for a refund, amd have to go online to order again, and have them wait another two weeks to process the order! That puts me out 2 months pretty much from the day I place my order the first time! I definitely don't recommend this place and definitely would not shop online again this place is horrible and I can definitely see it going down if they continue with what they are serving!

  I love Rue21, when I lived in eugene I shopped there all the time. the prices and quality are great- even had a good experience in Atlanta, Georgia with there Rue

  Today was my first experience in this store. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by who I assumed was the manager and she immediately started showing me fragrances and answered any questions I had. The store is a great size, it doesn't feel too crowded, and the layout is wonderful! Their prices are just like Forever 21's, maybe even cheaper. I walked in on a good day, because there were deals left and right! I personally think that they have really cute clothing, and it isn't too outlandish like Forever 21. I'd wear just about everything in that store! There was also a BUNCH of unicorn stuff. That's an enormous plus! ;) All in all, my first experience was great, and I can't wait to shop there again!
