  My wife and I had the Best experience ever and we have Mari to thank for that. Mari directed me to the product I was looking for and said "would you like this coupon" ? Then she continued helping us find the half dozen items we were looking for. My total purchase would have been $201.26 but my SAVINGS was $88.08. The total cost was $113.18. All because Mari saw us looking ,wonderingly, and offered us a coupon folder with all the products. We would be remiss if we failed to mention Viki also. SO pleasant on the phone. She and Mari know their STORE well. No wonder we keep wanting to go back to that Rite Aide store.

  I called on my way there from urgent care and was told there would be a TWO HOUR wait?! My normal pharmacy never takes longer then 20 minutes. They asked if I had insurance and I told them yes. I was told to bring my insurance card. Arrived 2.5 hours after I call and they told me I owe over $200! Then acted annoyed when they had to change it even though I already told them on the phone over two hours ago that I had insurance. They helped someone else while I waited for them to fix it, and then proceeded to chit chat with that customer making me wait even longer for my URGENT perscriptions.

  2 hours to fill a simple prescription and wasn't ready. They then tried to charge me 200 dollars when I told them I had insurance when I called in over 2.5 hours ago. Sent me back in line and then scanned a person cart full of stuff while i waited. Never will be here again. Evelyn is worthless.
