  They have good selection of furniture. The staff at this store are friendly and knowledgeable. The store manager Antonio is very nice person. They helped us get the exact furniture with great lumbar support. I will definitely recommend JR. One advice, spend enough time before buying a furniture to see if you arr 100% happy. Also measure the furniture to make sure it's not too big for your place. I give 5 star for JR furniture.

  DO NOT SHOP HERE. Instead I recommend the Furniture Shack in Portland. Great service and quality products. JR Furniture on the other hand... Absolutely worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a table and was told they would call me once it was in stock (about two weeks). Four weeks later I called them, and they said it was in stock and ready for delivery. I was confused as to why it was in stock but no one informed me. They assured me they called and left a message (my phone showed no records of a missed call or message from them). Had I never called, it never would have been delivered. Finally, when it was delivered, the table was cracked in multiple places. I called less than an hour after it was delivered asking for a new table. It is THREE MONTHS later and they have not once called nor have they delivered me a new table. Since it seems as if their employees are incapable of using a telephone to contact customers, I have had to call multiple times wondering where my table is. Each time I was told a different excuse as to why I did not have my table yet. When asked for a refund, or discount they said they could not do that. Do not waste your money on this place.
