  I've had a lot of extensive jewelry repair work done at Jared. In addition, we've purchased numerous pieces of jewelry from them over the years including a beautiful diamond bracelet, two pairs of diamond earrings, and a customized ring. They've always been a pleasure to work with and extremely professional. This week, they took their customer service to a new level for me. I'd brought a bunch of jewelry in last Friday to be cleaned and checked out, including my Mom's diamond ring. I was specifically worried about the prongs in my Mom's ring and asked the technicians to make sure they were in good shape. The following Monday morning I noticed a small diamond missing from my Mom's ring and my heart sank. I brought the ring right in, explained what had transpired, and within ten minutes a new diamond was placed in the ring free of charge. The staff was gracious, warm and apologetic for what had transpired. While I have enjoyed shopping at Jared in the past, I can honestly say that the way they handled this situation has henceforth secured my loyalty as a customer for many years to come.
