  My daughter's boyfriend was recently diagnosed with stage 4 Melenoma. He was told last week that it's time for hospice. He proposed to her that night with a beautiful ring from FM jewelers. She took it in to be sized and was told it would be 2 weeks. She tearfully explained her situation and how important it was to be wearing the ring when he passes. The lady was very kind, made a call to the guy that does the sizing and the told her they would do it first thing this morning. It was amazing and it made my daughter so happy. Today they never called and when she called them they said they forgot and that it won't be ready until 29th. Six days from now. They were rude and insensitive and could not have cared less. Merry Christmas
