  THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!! I placed an order at the Tulip festival on March 28, 2015 for a Trifold Wallet with a motorcycle eagle and crystal flower and rope cross concho. It totaled $75 which I paid in full on my card (I still have the receipt). Dean said it would take a few weeks to send to me in the mail. So I waited, and after a few months without seeing my wallet, I started calling and emailing the company to see where it was! No one picked up the phone or responded to my NUMEROUS voicemails and emails. For months I did everything I could to reach out to this company, and even talked to the Tulip Festival's customer service to make them aware of the situation. I stumbled upon my receipt again recently and thought I'd try another time to get a hold of Dean. He finally picked up and I tried to explain the situation to him. He denied it ever happening, and gave me an excuse that they had moved shops and things had gotten busy and hectic, etc. He asked me to send him a copy of my receipt so I did. I have since tried calling him again 3 more times in the last week and again, have not heard a single word from the guy. It's too late to tell my credit card company that the charge was fraudulent (this was 2 years ago!). I do NOT recommend going to this place, he will steal your money and then deny it ever happened! This is a fantastic example of TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Having a decent product is not enough. Your company needs to work with the customer to make them happy. I WOULD LIKE MY $75 BACK! And will be happy to edit this review upon receipt of my refund.
