He even sent me away with a broken freezer once after telling me what was wrong and refused to take any money. I have an oven that pops a thermal fuse every time we self-clean (design flaw). He helped me identify the issue and sold me a part at a reasonable price. I have since discovered I can buy that part on Amazon for a fraction of the price but when I'm stumped I come here first!
