  I went in to get an idea of what selection they carry and at what prices. After talking to more than one flooring sales person in different show rooms around Portland, this sales person struck me as highly incompetent. Yes, she was nice and greeted me politely, but she had no idea about the hardwood floor specifics or prices for wehat they have on display. I have better information about hardwood product lines than she does, and that is not my job! Also, when she did look up prices for products, they are way above average in the area for the same exact items (brand, model number, etc). She offered to "work within my budget" -- I don't want to tell someone how much money I have so they can spend it most effiently (for them!), I want to look at products, get information on installation reccomendations, warranty info, color variation, finish coat and the price and decide for myself how to spend my money. Would not recoomend this place for anyone who wants to make and educated choice and get a good deal.
